  • We use reliable courier, logistics, or freight partners for domestic and international deliveries.
  • Estimated delivery timelines:
    • -Domestic (within India): 5–10 business days (depending on location).
    • -International Shipping: 10–45 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance).
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., logistics delays, customs clearance, natural events).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, volume, and delivery destination.
  • The applicable shipping fee (if any) will be displayed during checkout or communicated in the order confirmation.
  • For bulk or industrial shipments, special freight arrangements may apply.

4. International Shipping

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
  • Centroid Polymer is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

  • If your shipment arrives damaged, missing items, or tampered with, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as evidence.
  • We will coordinate with our logistics partner to resolve the issue promptly.
