Refund & Return Policy

• •All sales are considered final unless the product is defective, damaged during delivery, or does not match the specifications agreed at the time of purchase.
• •Products once cut, used, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
• •Customized products manufactured as per customer specifications are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects.

2. Eligibility for Return / Replacement

You may request a return or replacement if:

• •The product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
• •The product does not conform to the agreed technical specifications or order details.
• •The request is made within 1 working day of delivery.
• •Custom made products will not be replaced unless its damaged

To be eligible:

• •The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
• •Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

• •Products damaged due to improper storage, mishandling, or incorrect usage by the customer.
• •Customized, made-to-order, or special formulation products.
• •Items returned after the stipulated 1 working day.

4. Refunds

• •Once your return is inspected and approved, we will notify you of the refund status.
• •Approved refunds will be processed within 9-14 business days.
• •Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as a credit note (as agreed).
• •Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Replacements

• •In cases of verified defects or damage, we may issue a replacement product at no extra cost.
• •Replacement timelines will depend on product availability and production schedules.
